How to semi - nomad

What is Semi-Nomadism?

Explore the possibilities, challenges and practical aspects of this emergent lifestyle combining the best ingredients of two worlds – nomadic
and sedentary. How do you meet your needs for stability and belonging, while fulfilling the yearning desire to explore the unexplored? Great news, you can have both!

A group of 14 semi-nomads co-created this illustrated book during
a month-long co-living mastermind. We leveraged collaborative methodologies to distil hands-on experiences of semi-nomadic lifestyles into this introductory book, while building friendships and creating
a community driven publishing studio.

How to Build A Regenerative Village

14 Days | 28 Village Builders | ~500 Cards played | 170 Pages
@ Traditional Dream Factory

It all started with a dream - to bring together a group of village builders to share knowledge and co-reflect on how to build regenerative villages. A few months later, we sat down for the opening ceremony, embarking on a journey to create an open-source guide for aspiring village builders.

During an 11-day process of playful co-creation, we weaved together multidisciplinary threads from the vast regen ecosystem and consolidated them into version 0.7 - 200 pages showcased to our network for initial feedback. The upgraded version 1 is now in your hands!

TREE HOUSE COLLECTIVE

By Humans, For Humans

How It Works

Where Profit Goes

Author Rewards

We're rewarding our authors with financial rewards. Book sales fill up the authors fund which gets redistributed once a milestone is hit, in perpetuity.

Common Fund

Playing with money is an important part of community building. Each book sale builds up a collaborative fund for the Three House Collective. Once a milestone is hit, we all decide how to distribute the money and fund projects, scholarships, etc.

Operations

Funds operations, marketing, community building, and, of course - printing and distributing books.
